Kookoo appears as a solid blue circular smiling face with white X's as eyes. Upon close inspection, the eyes seem to have this dissipating effect horizontally. Kookoo also has a blue blur focused on the top and bottom of her face. Her smile is seemingly slit. She’s wearing a blue nun-like dress but her sleeves are long so her hands are in her very long sleeves. She has a blue clock that has two white minutes clock hands that are attached to the blue clock, which is all fabric.
