Alright, thats Kosovo. She literally hates Serbia, but Bulgaria and Albania protects her if Serbia declares war on her, also she is also friends with me (Romania) and Kosovo was born after when yugoslavia collapsed, then it transformed into Serbia and thats why she gained independence.
