This is Kosovo. I copied the description from the Polandball wiki. Kosovo is usually nice. He wants to be recognized as an independent country. He is friends with anyone who recognizes him and enemies with anyone who doesn’t. He hates Serbia. Kosovo considers Albania to be his brother. Kosovo likes LGBTQ+ rights. He hates his enemies and not being recognized. Kosovo is a Muslim. The image is not mine.
