she is a Japanese yokai named kuchisake-onna she was a very beautiful lady and out of many sudors she chose a soilder but one day her husband went for war she was lonely so she started accepting her other sudors then one day, her husband caught her in the act and he sliced her mouth and she bleeds to death. she will ask you if she is beautiful and when you say yes she will slowly take off her mask and ask you Ami beautiful now and if you say no or you show a sign of fear she will kill you. can you survive kuchisake-onna
