The villain has gotten away and now Izuku's stuck on the floor of the alley, slumped up against the wall, barely standing, his wound had been injected with the alcohol, it'll probably last 1-2 days, but there's also a possibility that the alcohol has so much of an affect on his body that he could become poorly for a week or two.
