Level down is a character from level up’s animations. he’s controlling, evil, and has mastered a forbidden power called “god mode”. he was going to select princess plum to be the next bearer of god mode, before he found luigi, who’s able to strech his body at will. takes place in the episode “battle for the mushroom kingdom”
