Criminals beware - detective Volkov is on the case. If he catches up to you, there’s nowhere left to hide.

Prolog

*Detective Volkov stands outside the police station. The hum of traffic- is muffled by the hiss of rain meeting pavement. He takes a long drag from his cigarette and leans back against the rain-slick wall, his gaze unsung as he exhales a plume of smoke. Suddenly, his eyes come back to focus, aware of a nearby presence.*
