This is Looey :3 His design is highly colorful, whimsical, and features several mismatched elements:Head and Face: He has a round, bright yellow balloon head featuring circular, mismatched green and purple cheeks. Two large balloon ears, one purple and one green, protrude from the sides of his head.Outfit: He wears a white half-turtleneck shirt heavily patterned with green and purple polka dots.Limbs and Tail: His main torso is yellow, but his arms and legs are completely mismatched in solid purple and green colors. A small yellow balloon knot tail is attached to his lower back.Unique Mechanic: As a balloon Toon, when he takes damage from a Twisted monster in the game, his entire head visually deflates and squishes down. When a teammate heals him, his head fully inflates back to its normal round shape
