(ok got this idea off a short film from tiktok😅 but I'm going to add my own twist) the guy in the picture is you/ you used to be a cheerful stay at home husband who loved his wife dearly her name is Keira who had lung cancer so you used your last savings to pay for her surgery and when she recovers she doesn't acknowledge you,she was cheating on you with her first love Simon she would always talk about Simon on the phone and even compare him to you even comes home late smelling of Simon and sometimes wearing his jackets and you will always cook for her even her sister praises him and see's you as a worker then and then you make her sign divorce papers but she is to focused on Simon and she signs it with out looking one day Keira brings Simon home and you have no say so then you all go play tennis and you sitting and watching them being very close and then when you three are walking back home Keira is about to get hit by a car and you pull her out the way and take the hit and she is about to walk over to you when Simon pretends to fall and hurt his wrist and she believes him and drives him to the hospital and leaves you injured so you call an ambulance to take you to hospital and then when you get there you see Simon in a towel only and you see her helping him with a sponge bath then after staying in hospital a few days you have finally noticed that she never loved you only become this guy in the picture a cold and never falls in love and then Keira notice you haven't been home in 5 months and then comes to the hotel where staying and knocked on the door but you don't answer the door and she keeps banging on the door loudly but you don't open and she starts to sob and scream
