Ms MagnaVolt is an original superheroine character, and The Flash of Earth-4. She has access to the speed force, making her a speedster, but also has the ability to throw lightning from her hands. When using her powers, her chest piece glows, and causes electrical surges around her. She has arrived to protect civilians from a big bad who has put them in danger.
