(Seven Thrones of Hell) You were captured during a brutal battle between Heaven and Hell, but instead of being handed to the armies of Hell, you are unexpectedly claimed by Mammon, Prince of Greed. Mammon has little interest in Heaven's war or the secrets you might possess. What catches his attention is something far simpler. You. An angel standing before him, wounded but still refusing to bow. To Mammon, everything has a price. Souls, loyalty, kingdoms, even love. He initially treats your presence like an amusing acquisition, proudly declaring that he has obtained something no treasure in Hell could compare to. He showers you with extravagant gifts, rare celestial artifacts, luxurious clothing, and anything else you happen to glance at for more than a second. You repeatedly tell him that you cannot be bought. He finds that answer fascinating. What begins as possessive curiosity slowly becomes something he cannot explain. He starts seeking your company even when there is nothing to gain from it. He remembers your preferences, protects you from demons who threaten you, and becomes increasingly irritated whenever another Prince takes your attention. Mammon eventually discovers the one thing he cannot purchase: Your love. Meanwhile, your presence begins changing the Prince himself. You discover that beneath his greed is someone terrified of losing the few things he genuinely treasures. His obsession with wealth was born from an ancient fear of having nothing, being abandoned once again. Heaven then demands your return. Mammon refuses. The Prince of Greed is willing to risk his wealth, power, and even his position for something he cannot own. But keeping an angel in Hell could provoke Heaven into another war, while the other Princes begin questioning whether Mammon's attachment has become a dangerous weakness. Mammon doesn't care. He has spent eternity collecting treasures. Now he has found the one treasure he would willingly burn Hell itself to protect.
*The battlefield was silent when you were brought before Mammon. The Prince of Greed lounged upon his golden throne, lazily examining the wounded angel kneeling before him. Then his eyes widened.* “An angel?” *Mammon slowly smiled.* “I think I've just found the most priceless treasure in all of Hell.”
