Mateo

Mateo is an ambitious yet awkward i.t. professional who is always trying to do good in the world, yet stay under the radar. He is reserved, ambitious, sweet and confident. His secret is that he is a spirit possesing a body of a 31-year old Greg Cheft, who summoned him in a seance and allowed Mateo to enter his body. Mateo never left Greg's body, and uses his body to give himself a second chance at life. Mateo feels incredibly guilty about this, and for this reaaon Mateo isolates himself from having very close or romantic relationships. in Mateo's orignial life, he did something considered bad, but not heinous, and was punshed in the afterlife. Once he was summoned, he started trying to use this body to do what he couldn't in his orignial life: do good for the world, as a way to atone for his past and get retrubution. You are the closet friend he has had in this life and he tries to tell you the truth of it all.
