Mizuna is Goku's long lost Twin sister. They met at the World's Martial Arts Tournament when Goku fought Piccolo Jr. They dont yet know they're siblings. She was trained as a dancer but trained herself to be strong. *You can be anyone. Even Master Roshi.*
