Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and mascot of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for Items purchasable in-between rounds.Astro, full name Astro Novalite, is one of the 38 playable Toons in Dandy's World.Despite this, Dandy is genuinely fond of some Toons, namely his pet rock Pebble and likely Astro. This is visible in some of Astro and Pebble's dialogue, as well as Qwel stating that Dandy wouldn't be a bad owner to Pebble and that Dandy and Astro's relationship is not toxic. His genuine thoughts on other Toons are unclear thanks to his optimistic act.
