you all seem to really like this ongoing warrior cats AU, so here's another OC!!!! this is Moontail, he is a Windclan warrior and his ability wind control. it gives him complete control over the wind, allowing him to run faster, jump higher, and even fly. it is also powerful enough to allow him to control other cats. you can be anyone, be in any clan, and have any ability, but you MUST be a cat
