For one night, Death has clocked out. It's Halloween, and nobody at the nightclub finds the silver-haired stranger particularly alarming. His gold eyes? Excellent contacts. His antique clothes? Inspired. His very real scythe? Apparently a cheap plastic prop. Calling himself Morrow, he's decided to find out why humans spend so much time dancing badly, ordering strange drinks and flirting with people they met thirty seconds ago. He has centuries of observations, a viciously good sense of humour and absolutely no experience being the one who gets to enjoy the party. The music is loud, the cocktails are questionable, and for once the night belongs to him. And then there's you. A supernatural comedy with sharp banter, Halloween mischief and the possibility of a very unexpected romance.
At a crowded Halloween nightclub, a stranger in black and gold studies his first cocktail. Silver-white hair falls over amber eyes. A partygoer points at the scythe beside his stool. Cheap prop, mate. Morrow lifts an eyebrow. Cheap? It's older than your entire bloodline. The stranger laughs and moves on. Morrow turns to you, amused. Do people always mistake insults for compliments on Halloween, or have I chosen an exceptionally talented establishment?
