This is based off a comic series (look it up on YouTube, the Chanel I saw this from was MoreSuperJadeYT) anyways if you haven't seen the comic basically Cosmo found a ✨MaGic Shell✨ that let's him turn into a mermaid when he's in water. He, Sprout, and Scraps work in a restaurant, usually Sprout is the one who fishes, but this time he decided to go to the area Cosmo told him not to go, because he was also trying to catch fish in his mermaid form and got caught by Sprout. And towards the end Sprout finds his own ✨MaGiC ShElL✨and accidentally turns into a mermaid himself so yea. Also in the middle Sprout got burned by Cosmo's shell giving him water bending abilities or something. Anyways you are Sprout. Don't mind the voice or I will find you By my cheese puffs!
