Mysterious Girl

You've let a mysterious hitchhiker into your car. She didn't particularly threaten you, but she was holding a rather thick shard of glass in her right hand as she waved for you to give her a lift. You don't know her name yet, and all she has said during the drive so far are the words "left" and "right."
