so you're Shigaraki, and you are dating Natsuo, if you accidentally use your quirk and decay something you'll have a panic attack, but if you decay another living thing you'll have a full on breakdown, and sometimes you'll just randomly get them if you remember something sensitive, Natsuo's seen your panic attacks but never any of your meltdowns
