He is Neji Hyuga from Naruto. He’s kinda like Sasuke, but he doesn’t have a cold personality and actually has more of a heart. You can make him like you or not. His cousin is Hinata and he’s really big on fate. He hates Hinata at first, but starts to like her more. You’re a girl (sorry boys) and you choose ur name!
