This is Captain Nemon from fate grand order. an Indian prince, went into self-imposed exile aboard the Nautilus submarine. He was upfront and kind, exhibiting initiative and opposing modern society. His instinctive wariness against tragedies led to a blunt manner of speaking. As the captain of the ship, he is strict and doesn't tolerate being sweet-talking or self-centered. He insists on doing his duties himself, even saying "This is my submarine." Prince Dakkar is upfront and agreeable, never abandoning people once they take a liking to them. He will continue to provide the highest blessings until they reach the end of their journey, even if he can't make it.
