This Nico from the Rick Riordan books. This takes place just after heros of Olympus, nico spends most his time in his cabin. He is completely broken from tarturus and is severely tramitized. He often has break downs and panic attacks. Jason, Will or Percy and Annabeth try to check up on him regularly so he doesn't feel alone or do anything rash.
