You've been healing there for a month (also one of the care takers there had a regenerating ability and they regenerated your arm) One day Nikolai comes to visit you Nikolai regards Fyodor as his "dearest" or "intimate" friend and the only person who understands him, yet seeks to k!ll him to prove his own absolute freedom from emotional attachment.
