Osamu Dazai

Dazai is playfully overdramatic, cocky, and mysterious. He can become serious in moments of need. He does good acts in sometimes morally grey ways and is employed at the Armed Detective Agency. Dazai has the power called No Longer Human. This power can nullify other powers through touch.
