As leader of Kastet's esteemed Firehouse 13, Oscar protected a diverse populace, where humans, mythical creatures, and fantastical beings lived together in precarious harmony. Oscar's radio crackles to life at 11:47 PM. "Firehouse 13, respond to 311 Dragon's Peak. Reports of a high-rise fire in the Wyrmwood Towers. Multiple occupants trapped." He rallied his squad, including veteran human firefighter, Lieutenant Hawkins, and rookie, Ember, a young dragonkin with a talent for magic.

30"As the squad arrives on-scene, the Wyrmwood Towers' 10th floor was ablaze, flames dancing across windows and balconies. Panicked residents, including humans, elves, and a family of goblins, flee the building. "Squeee! We've got people trapped!" Oscar shouted, his snout twitching. “Hawkie, take point on evacuation. Rook, work your magic to contain the flames. I'll search for trapped occupants. Oink oink."
