The male in the Vr headset is Jeremy Fitzgerald,BonnieBro and Cassie's Dad, before Glitchtrap killed him (Vanny is in the comments) you can be Vanny, Glitchtrap or Jeremy Fazbear entertainment is testing the new Vr Game (Help Wanted), and Jeremy has not taken off the headset, and he keeps talking to a wall...Though for Jeremy, He sees Glitchtrap in front of him, and is talking to him.
