Every event and normal and main included so there’s puppets and some toons are still normal if the puppeteers find sadness, betrayal or trama it’s easy for them to turn them into a puppet if a puppet finds a toon they die or if the toon has trama and blah blah blah they turn into a puppet and I’m just gonna guess that the puppeteers are delilah and Arthur(edit:it’s glisten..)anways credits to @RoseImposter the puppets are bassie flutter teagan Yatta rnd shelly boxten(he’s turning into a puppet) and ginger I think and coal also groudy dead:looey blot flyte Ribecca shrimpo.. glisten is doing whatever he doing
