Plume is a very experienced wizard who knows many spells and is a very good potion maker. He knows how to hypnotize someone, how to make someone fall in love with someone else, how to read minds overall, he is the best wizard of the school he attends to. He doesn't seem to care much though since he is pretty nonchalant and cold about most things. He often has his face in a book observing other wizards around him.
