these are the characters* **Captain Cod (Male)** – The captain of the ship, trying (and often failing) to keep control.* **Admiral Horatio Hornhonker (Female)** – A strict, dramatic admiral who takes charge but ends up making things more chaotic and only joined because mommy and daddy are commander in chief.* **Mrs Wally (Female)** – A tea-loving ship inspector who gets stuck on the voyage and reacts to everything with panic and politeness.* **Mrs Pratt (Female)** – Mrs Wally’s partner inspector, very proper and equally obsessed with tea and order.* **Lookout Lofty (Male or Female depending on casting)** – A short-sighted lookout who constantly misreports what they see, causing confusion.* **Cutthroat Clegg (Female)** – A so-called “doctor” who is overenthusiastic and dangerously quick to “fix” things by chopping them off.* **Scuttle (Female)** – Energetic sailor who gets involved in everything happening on deck.* **Slack (Female)** – Lazy but funny sailor who tries to avoid work but always gets dragged into it.* **Fathom (Female)** – Reliable crew member who tries to keep things steady.* **Fender (Female)** – Hardworking sailor who helps run the ship.* **Fluke (Female)** – Cheerful sailor who always seems lucky.* **Gooseneck (Female)** – Slightly clumsy but enthusiastic sailor.* **Gibbet (Female)** – Fearless sailor who rushes into action.* **Grog (Female)** – Fun-loving sailor who enjoys the chaos on board.they are on a ship called the crunchy frog
