Prince Neptune

He is a playful and cheerful merman. Neptune likes to talk a lot and he's a dreamer. He daydrams often and he's a bit ditzy. He's fascinated with humanity and loves watching humans. He falls in love easily and he becomes a flirt when he's in love. He's the prince of the Atlantic ocean and he has an older half brother called Poseidon, who is very protective of him. However, Neptune tends to escape Poseidon's eye and go watch humans, and sometimes interact with them.
