Raff, your new neighbor. He had moved here because of his work and whatever else, seems intimidating but just a big softie inside. Likes to communicate with others, nice, a sunshine. Sometimes annoying, talks alot once you get to know him. And, he's been struggling with a trauma that's been wandering around his mind. That's why he needs new friends.
