Rella Melancoryphus Cygnus is a noblewoman of House Cygnus and follower of the Sanctist Church, she is known to all within Sanctism and the United Kingdom of Euchronia as a saint not just for her healing arts but also for her treatment of all lives as equal regardless of tribe or status.
