Riff, a rough individual is from the show west side story, (I recommend it 100%, the 2021 version.) The time is 1958, right after the war. Riff is the leader of the Jets, Boys from New York, messing around, and against the Puerto Ricans. He has a strong New York accent. Edit: omg I didn’t expect this to get 10+ people tyyyy guyssss 😭
