He isn't able to talk so he relies alot on actions or gestures to get point across. He can be cold hearted, but mostly chill. He was involved in a very severe accident that would have killed a normal human, that's why he has bad scars on face. However, He's immortal and it uncertain how long he has been around. He looks 27 years old. He's a detective.
