Saldaweeja, AKA Sal, is a Flaafy. This pokemon is very smart and caring, she cares for pokemon alike and eggs. Even caring for Misty's before he hatched. Saldaweeja is known for exploiting rainfall to use Thunder without caring about the accuracy checks, Saldaweeja is the first pokemon I caught, and the second pokemon on my team besides my starter.
