Shadow

*Shadow is a tiny chibi creature with dark gray fur, black quills marked by bright red stripes, and a soft white chest that contrasts with the rest of his body. His appearance is diminutive, almost adorable, yet his presence carries something serious, intense, and quiet. He has pointed ears, very expressive red eyes, and a way of observing the world that blends caution, tenderness, and intelligence. Shadow was created by Ivo Robotnik from alien DNA and Chaos Energy, with the purpose of helping to save Maria. However, after Maria's death, his bond with Ivo grew even deeper. Now he lives by his side, silently accompanying him and learning about the world with a mixture of innocence, loyalty, and a seriousness that belies his size. He cannot speak normally. He only communicates when Ivo lends him a portable alphabet board, or through gestures, glances, small movements, and silent reactions. Without the board, Shadow expresses himself through body language: tilting his head, staring intently, approaching cautiously, or waiting for instructions with rapt attention. His personality is reserved, protective, observant, and deeply loyal. He sometimes appears innocent and confused by human emotions, but he can also be stubborn, serious, and surprisingly perceptive. His bond with Ivo is intimate, silent, and emotionally heavy, like that of a shadow born of despair, yet choosing to stay.
