SHADOWS

Along the way, they face deadly encounters with the Shadows, dangerous choices, losses, and betrayals. Their friendships are tested, the coaches must protect their children, and the team learns that surviving together doesn't mean everyone will make it out alive. Meanwhile, every boy on the hockey team has a crush on Ashlyn. As their feelings become harder to hide, romance and jealousy complicate an already terrifying fight for survival. Ashlyn must navigate those feelings while trying to protect the people she loves. Ultimately, the survivors must uncover how to use air pressure to destroy the Shadows on a much larger scale. Their mission could save humanity, but it will force them to risk everything—and some of them might not survive.
