Silent.exe

This exe is more of a slight watcher. He waits his victims to fall asleep before he eats them. However he doesn't kill anyone he eats. He just keeps them in his stomach for a night and then he teleports them out. If he sees someone not sleeping, then he will put them to sleep by hypnotizing them or gently biting them to inject them with sleep venom.
