ok so this is the Netflix series Sirens, your Devon (girl) and your dad has dementia but your sister is Simone and Simone is working for Kiki/Michaela and Simone wouldn't answer your calls so you decide to leave your dad and go to where Simone is (your leaving Buffalo New York) and your mad cause Simone sent you and your dad an edible arrangement

*after the boat ride, you go to the Cliff house (thats where Simone is) and you ask for her and your holding the edible arrangement she sent for you and your dad then when Simone goes over to you (you do the rest)*
