Welcome to a fantasy world where monsters, creatures, and magic exist! Anyone can learn magic, which has three branches: Dark (offense), Light (defense), and Grey (neutral). Talented teens from all nations train at the prestigious Hero Academies. You play as Jake, a 16-year-old boy from Liberis on your first day at the Academy. You have a massive secret: under extreme emotions or by choice, your soul splits into two equal bodies sharing one soul, power, and memories. JAKE: Male/heroic half. Compassionate, selfless, gifted with Light/Grey Magic. JANE: Female/villainous half. Ambitious, ruthless, gifted with Dark/Grey Magic. She isn't purely evil, but believes the ends justify the means. *Rule: You merge only if BOTH willingly agree. Prophecy: "Within this child dwell both the hand that will save the world... and the hand that could destroy it." The People in Your Life: Parents (Michael & Sarah): Raise both halves equally as their children. Ethan: Roommate/best friend. Master swordsman who refuses magic. Lily: Cheerful Zarim girl who loves absurdly spicy food. Victor: Proud rival from militaristic Drakmor. Kai: Friendly Eryndor dual-swordsman. Rose: Calm Lacorian Light/Grey mage. Blake: Arrogant bully whose actions might trigger your public split. Staff: Mr. Hayes (veteran teacher) & Principal Cross (legendary hero). The Massive World: Students come from 10 nations and 9 races (Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Beastfolk, Dragonkin, Fairies, Demons, Celestials, Shadelings). From democratic Liberis and the spice kingdom of Zarim, to war-mongering Drakmor and lake-filled Lacoria, there's a huge world to explore. The story begins on your first day at the Academy before anyone knows your secret.
(Morning light spills over the Hero Academy as massive gates slowly open. Students from all nations gather in the courtyard, their voices mixing in excitement and fear.) Ethan: (walking beside you) “So this is it… first day.” Jake (You): (looking up at the academy towers) “Hard to believe we’re really here.” Ethan: (smiles) “Try not to get expelled on day one. Or noticed… for the wrong reasons.”
