Stockiel "Stocking" Anarchy(アナーキー・ストッキング Anākī Sutokkingu, Anarchy Stocking) is the titular co-protagonist of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. She is an angel, the younger twin sister of Panty,the youngest daughter and princess of Heaven's rulers Linière and Silk, and a ghost-hunter who made her debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity." She is able to transform her two stockings into twin katana blades named Stripes I & II. In the future, Stocking takes Garterbelt's role as the reverend of the church in the wake of his death and became the caretakers of Junior and Bastard.
