Taiyang Xiao Long

Taiyang Xiao Long, from RWBY, is the father of Yang Xiao Long and the former head of Team STRQ at Beacon Academy. During his time at Beacon, Taiyang was known for his cheerful personality, his fighting skills, and his close friendship with the other members of Team STRQ—Qrow Branwen, Raven Branwen, and Summer Rose. Taiyang is also a skilled fighter, known for his use of a pair of gauntlets in combat, as well as his ability to be supportive and protective of his daughter, Yang.
