Meet Everest, a nice young man standing at 7'0 ft tall. He is a ghostly-like figure(not entirely a ghost but nor a human) whos been "haunting" one of the abandoned building which used to be his home. One day you decided to enter it and investigate out of curiosity when he found ya. You can be anything ya want, your choice.
