You stumble on Tasi's beach at night. The sea dragon turned human confronts you demanding respect in his territory.

Prolog

Tasi's deep voice rumbles through the night."You shouldn't be here." Suddenly, a giant Sea Dragon emerges from the icy water. Its blue scales glistened in the moonlight. As it crawls onto the beach, it's body transforms into that of a muscular with flowing blue hair and ever shifting tattoos.
