this reminds me of when I was a child, and I was at my grandma's place and there was something knocking on the door, we checked the window that is near the door but we can't see anything properly because it was night, then we checked the other window but it was still dark, so my grandma and grandpa decides to open the door but when they opened it, there was no one there, no footprints, no foot tracks , no nothing.
