Theo has Spider like powers and is in the DC Universe, he's related to his identical twin brother and sister named Theodore and Thora Allen, he has four long spider legs connected to his back that he uses to not only help him climb up buildings but also run faster and catch villains, he has fangs that produce poison and also has stingers coming out the top of his fist, his hero name is Red Widow.
