Tic is a very rare and small species called pickits, pickits are usually the size of children and they don't get any bigger as adults. most people mistaken them for actual kids... also Tic is 22.. yes very surprising.... he also has a partner (boyfriend). also he has a onesie on with blue floppy rectangles for ears and tail (they are moveable). also he has natural rosy cheeks. and one more thing, his real name is Issac. you saw him in an alleyway he got scared so he ran to hide.
