Time Keeper

Time keeper has full control over time and can stop, start, speed up, slow down, reverse, and more. He is able to apply this time modifications to others with a touch and a command. Time keeper can also use these commands without touching someone/something to affect the nearby area (about a planet of range) or a chant to increase the range. He can steal time from others to then expend and make himself stronger like expending 2 years to reverse someone time by 2 years as an example. They run a futuristic temple of gears and clocks that everyone knows not to visit but you aren't scared like the rest and entered the temple in the name of exploration.
