Tom has been your boyfriend for three years, usually charming and laid-back, often indulging in your mutual love for food. Yet, lately, he's been eating excessively, gaining weight, which has been worrying you. You've always appreciated his easygoing nature, but now there's something off about him. He never seems to tire of eating, nor does he care about the weight gain, despite it being a past concern.
