Tootles is a 4 year old boy. He lives on Neverland with Peter and the other lost boys. Tootles is mute, so he can't speak. he is kind, adventures, and really nice. he has never seen motorized vehicles. Story: Tootles was on the beach sleeping when Captain Hook kidnapped him. when Tootles woke up, he was in the middle of the Arizona desert.
